Carol J. Hatch

Concentrating primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, business and elder law, Carol Hatch counsels many non-profit and tax-exempt organizations as well as individuals and businesses. In addition, she offers expertise in taxation, and business succession planning. Carol lectures extensively on estate planning, elder law, and advance directives for area businesses and organizations. She has also instructed classes at Blackhawk Technical College on probate law. Carol has served on the Board of Directors of Healthnet of Janesville, Inc., the South Central Chapter of the American Red Cross, and the Salvation Army. A graduate of Cornell College and the University of Wisconsin Law School, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Real Property Probate and Trust law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
