Carol Hatch is one of Wisconsin’s most highly respected estate planning lawyers. Carol’s practice is centered in helping clients achieve their goals in passing on assets that represent their life’s work. She advises individuals and businesses on taxation, trusts, probate, and succession planning.

Clients benefit from Carol’s experience and knowledge of the tax code and state-of-the-art estate planning tools. Carol’s primary goal is to help her clients reach their objectives in the most cost-effective manner available.

Carol served for many years on the Board of the State Bar of Wisconsin's Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, including as Chair of the Section. Carol lectures extensively in the community and has taught estate planning and probate at the University of Wisconsin Law School.

She has served on the boards of both Cedar Crest, Inc. and the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Carol and her husband have two grown children, three grandchildren, and a dog. Away from her practice, Carol enjoys ballroom dancing, biking and boating.
