Jeremy M. Schmidt

Concentrating his practice in the areas of Corporate Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, Trust and Estates Law, and Tax Law, Jeremy looks to offer his clients a personalized experience while building a trusting, positive, relationship.

No matter how complex or simple a legal issue is, Jeremy utilizes his knowledge and problem-solving skills to develop a practical, proactive, and cost-effective solution for his clients. When a dispute arises, he is driven to resolve the dispute in the best interest of his clients. Jeremy advises both businesses and individuals in his practice.

As a Wisconsin native, Jeremy graduated from Viterbo University (La Crosse, WI) with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He then moved to Indiana to attend law school at Valparaiso University School of Law (Valparaiso, IN). After graduating from law school, Jeremy moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. He has been with Nowlan & Mouat since being admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 2018. In his free time, Jeremy likes to spend time with his wife and family.
