Mike’s practice focuses on transactional law, including real estate, corporate law, estate planning, and agricultural law. Since the beginning of his legal career, he has been passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate important legal decisions with confidence. During law school, he worked closely with entrepreneurs, an experience that sparked his interest in advising business owners and helping them turn their ideas into successful ventures.

Today, Mike considers it a privilege to serve as a trusted legal advisor to his clients. Whether assisting with business formation and operations, real estate transactions, estate planning, or agricultural matters, he takes pride in providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals.
