Kyle serves as the Administrative Assistant at Nowlan, a role that touches nearly every corner of the firm. From the moment the day begins, he brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive “can-do” attitude to everything he does. Whether the task is routine or unexpected, Kyle approaches it with the same steady commitment to getting things done well and on time.

His reliability and flexibility make him an invaluable part of the team. Law firm life can be fast-paced and unpredictable, but Kyle is consistently willing to jump in, lend a hand, and find a way to move things forward. That kind of dependable support helps keep our office running smoothly and allows our attorneys and staff to stay focused on serving clients.

On any given day, Kyle can be found assisting attorneys and staff, covering the phones when needed, and tackling a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the office. No matter what lands on his desk, he handles it with professionalism and a smile, making even busy days feel more manageable for those around him.

Guiding the Next Generation of Legal Professionals

Most recently, Kyle has also played a key role in onboarding and overseeing the firm’s group of interns. Starting a new position especially in a legal setting can be daunting, but Kyle’s patience and guidance help ease that transition. He takes the time to share his knowledge, answer questions, and make sure interns understand both their responsibilities and the culture of the firm.

Because of his efforts, interns feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success from day one. That support not only benefits the interns, but also strengthens our team as a whole and enhances the experience we provide to our clients and community.
