Celebrating Our March Legal Eagle: Andi Linneman

Please join us in congratulating Andi Linneman, Legal Assistant at Nowlan Law, as our
March Legal Eagle recipient!

Each month, we recognize a team member who goes above and beyond in their role—
someone who demonstrates dedication, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting
both our clients and our team. This March, Andi exemplified all of those qualities and more.

With the recent rollout of new firm software, many of our team members have been
navigating changes to daily workflows and processes. As anyone knows, adapting to new
systems can be challenging. Andi, however, has embraced this transition with a positive
attitude and a willingness to learn, stepping up to help ensure things continue running
smoothly.

In addition to learning and working within the new software, Andi has been instrumental in
supporting Attorney Bryan Whitehead’s busy and ever-changing schedule. From managing
calendars—including Motion—to keeping everything organized and on track, she has
played a key role in maintaining efficiency amid a demanding workload.

What truly sets Andi apart is her proactive approach. Rather than simply working around
challenges, she has taken initiative to help identify and resolve software issues as they
arise. Her efforts have not only supported her immediate team but have also contributed to
improving processes for others across the firm.

Throughout it all, Andi has maintained a consistently positive attitude—something that
does not go unnoticed. Her willingness to take on new challenges, stay organized under
pressure, and support those around her embodies the spirit of what it means to be a Legal
Eagle at Nowlan Law.

We are grateful for the energy, dedication, and professionalism Andi brings to our team
each day. Her hard work behind the scenes plays a vital role in helping our attorneys and
staff deliver the high level of service our clients expect.
