Bryan C. Whitehead

Partner

Profile

To Bryan, the law is a helping profession. He works hard to support and guide his clients through the legal issues that they face, such as:

  • Helping clients put their wishes into writing and guiding family members through the administration of a loved one’s estate;
  • Advising those who with questions or frustrations regarding how an estate is administered; or
  • Representing individuals or businesses involved in legal battles.

 Clients working with Bryan find an approachable, knowable advisor who  facilitates a  comfortable environment where matters can be worked through. When it’s time to go to court, clients find that Bryan and his team are wise, zealous, and purposeful in their representation.

Before his legal career, Bryan worked as a pastor, where he honed the ability to listen closely and communicate effectively. Bryan does not take a one-size  fits  all approach, or even one-size fits most. He is passionate about listening closely to his clients and their goals before developing customized solutions that meet their needs. Their priorities are his priorities in his representation..

When Bryan is not hard at work, he is  focused on his family and community. He loves traveling with his family and supporting them in their interests. He invests time and resources supporting youth sports, particularly local baseball programs. He volunteers as a baseball coach for multiple teams in his community, and volunteers as a guitar player in his local church.
