Michael C. Davis

Michael practices transactional law, including real estate, general corporate law, and estate planning. In law school, he spent time working with entrepreneurs, which directed his career trajectory. He considers it an honor to help business owners pursue their dreams by assisting them with their legal needs.

Michael’s personal motto is “a rising tide lifts all ships,” and by helping others, you are inadvertently helping yourself. He’s active in various nonprofit organizations; he wants his children to grow up in a community where people help each other to succeed.
