Bryce was born in Beloit, Wisconsin, and focuses his legal practice on civil litigation and municipal prosecutions. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Fort Myers, Florida, before moving back to Wisconsin and serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Bryce regularly advises towns, villages, and cities, working closely with local officials, law enforcement, and community leaders to uphold local ordinances and ensure legal compliance. His municipal work includes prosecuting traffic and code violations, advising on policy enforcement, and supporting local governments in litigation and administrative matters.

At Nowlan Law, Bryce represents individuals and businesses in a range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property conflicts, and tort claims. Bryce brings a balanced, solutions-oriented approach to every case, and prides himself on his responsiveness, straightforward communication, and dedication to achieving practical, cost-effective outcomes.

Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, golfing, and cheering on the Florida Gators, his alma mater.
