Celebrating Our April Legal Eagle: Lyric

We are proud to recognize Lyric as Nowlan Law’s April Legal Eagle of the Month!

Each month, we celebrate a team member who goes above and beyond in their role, demonstrating excellence, adaptability, and a strong commitment to supporting both our clients and our team. This April, Lyric has truly earned her “wings.”

During a period of transition and growth within the firm, Lyric has been instrumental in keeping Attorney Tom Kolpien organized, focused, and moving forward. Supporting an attorney is always a critical role, but doing so while navigating the challenges of a new firm environment and new systems makes her contributions even more impactful.

Lyric has embraced these changes with confidence and professionalism. From quickly adapting to new firm software to managing a high volume of client relationships, she consistently rises to meet the moment. Her ability to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of care reflects both her skill and dedication.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Lyric has recently stepped up in significant ways. She has taken on school district expulsion matters and municipal traffic calls—often with little notice and under tight deadlines. These situations require attention to detail,  responsiveness, and composure, all of which Lyric demonstrates time and again. Her ability to deliver outstanding work under pressure has made a meaningful difference for both the attorneys she supports and the clients we serve.

What truly sets Lyric apart is not just her capability, but her attitude. She approaches challenges with a positive mindset, remains adaptable in the face of change, and consistently brings a team-oriented spirit to her work. These qualities make her an invaluable part of the Nowlan Law team and a trusted support for those around her.
