Celebrating a Remarkable Career: Partner Kayla Hiller’s Retirement from Nowlan Law

Nowlan Law recently gathered to celebrate an extraordinary milestone—the retirement of our partner, colleague, and friend, Kayla Hiller. Surrounded by friends, family, and coworkers, we honored Kayla’s nearly 30 years of dedication, leadership, and service with a well-deserved retirement celebration that reflected the warmth and admiration she has earned throughout her career.

Kayla has been a part of the Nowlan family since graduating from law school in 1997, and her impact on our firm and our community is immeasurable. Over the years, she has exemplified what it means to be an outstanding lawyer and trusted partner. Just as importantly, she has always been our biggest cheerleader—supporting her colleagues, uplifting our team, and helping shape the culture that makes Nowlan such a special place to practice law.

Throughout her career, Kayla has been a true trailblazer for women in the legal profession. By leading with confidence, excellence, and integrity, she helped pave the way for future generations of women lawyers. Her commitment to excellence, integrity, and client service helped establish and sustain Nowlan Law as a leader in Southern Wisconsin. Generations of clients and colleagues have benefited from her wisdom, professionalism, and kindness.
