Nowlan Law Celebrates Sara Gehrig Woodman’s Appointment to the Rock County Circuit Court

All of us at Nowlan Law are proud to celebrate the appointment of our longtime partner, Sara L. Gehrig-Woodman, to serve as the next judge of the Rock County Circuit Court.

Governor Tony Evers recently announced Sara’s appointment to fill the judicial vacancy, marking an exciting and well-deserved next chapter in a distinguished legal career dedicated to serving individuals, families, and the Rock County community.

Sara has been an integral part of Nowlan Law for more than 20 years. During that time, she has built a reputation as an exceptional attorney, trusted advisor, and compassionate advocate for her clients. As a partner at the firm, Sara has also played a meaningful leadership role in helping shape our culture, mentor colleagues, and uphold the values that define our practice.

While we have always known Sara to be an extraordinary legal professional, those who have worked alongside her know that her impact extends far beyond the courtroom. She brings intelligence, integrity, empathy, and steady leadership to every interaction—qualities that will undoubtedly serve Rock County well from the bench.
